We both love quesadillas and order them often when eating out at Mexican restaurants. Our wedding registry included this item and we still use it quite often to make quesadillas. Melody even makes her own quesadillas! Wait until the heating light turns off when the cover is down and you’re ready to go. We usually fold burrito-sized filled tortillas in half and cook two quesadillas at at time. You just have to remember to oil the heating plates to aid in a non-stick surface and also for easier clean-up. Caked-on tortilla and sauce stains are no fun to scrub off.
Our usual quesadilla recipe consists of grilled chicken strips, onions, and shredded cheese.

Oooh this looks awesome! We love quesadillas, it seems like this was meant for us! I love grilled chicken and cheese, and I would not be averse to trying some fried onions in there as well! Mmmmm!
