MELODY (AGE 9)

What is The Beginner’s Bible: It is a picture book Bible with popular stories in the Bible.
Like: I like that there are pictures on every page. Sometimes there are no pictures at the book, and we will have to picture how the people look like in our head. I like that there are references in there.
Dislike: I like it all.
Recommend: I would recommend this for kids 3 to 7 because they will like the pictures.

A NOTE FROM MELODY + EMILY’S MOM

The Beginner’s Bible has sold 25 million products since its release in 1989 when I was a kid! We have an older edition from 2005 when the girls were younger, but this edition is redesigned with art that is more 3D and the pages are “glossy.” Kids will enjoy looking at the fun pictures that go along with the Bible stories. We especially like the hairstyles and beards. :p It really is a great Bible for beginners with illustrations that connect you to the characters of Bible times. If you don’t have a little one (anymore), it will make a wonderful gift for any child who is learning about the Bible!

  2. As a family, we’ve focused on “Rad, Shack, & Benny” this last year, and the story of the firey furnace. We’ve been continuously reminded, as those young men were, that “Our God will save us… AND EVEN IF HE DOESNT…”! Such faith.
