Seattle: The Confectional

On our third day in Seattle we switched hotels from the Inn at the Market (at Pike Place Market) to Hyatt Place (a couple of blocks from the Space Needle/Seattle Center).  Before we leaving Pike Place Market one last time, we grabbed some mini cheesecakes from The Confectional.  This was a block from Inn at the Market and opens from 10am-6pm daily.

We ordered two Triple Berry mini cheesecakes (pink with white design) and two Raspberry White Chocolate mini cheesecakes (white with pink design).  Even though the cheesecakes were small and mini, they are quite decadent, rich, and filling.

The mini cheesecakes were so good, Melody said, “the cheesecakes were really, really, really yummy, as in better than ours. Seattle should be known for cheesecakes.”  Emily said, “it was so yummy and tasty.  Everything was so yummy.”  Those comments just sum it up nicely.
