I went back to the Hapa SF truck since they’ve been frequenting the weekly Monday Off The Grid: St. Mary’s Square every other week or so.

Beeler Ranch Sisig: Soy sauce, diced Sisig Pork over rice.  Didn’t see the jalapenos and added a poached egg for $1 more.  Mmmmmm…..poached egg.

Chicken Adobo: Tender chicken drumstick and thigh marinated in soy sauce over rice.

You can combo any of the above as a meal consisting of a side of five lumpia with sweet chili sauce for $3 more.

Handcrafted, all-natural, organic, fermented Blueberry Lemonade Soda that was delicious!  It turns out that Chef William Pilz who owns Hapa SF is also now the owner of SodaCraft (which makes these sodas).  He will be selling these sodas out of the Hapa SF truck.

Lemon Blueberry Bread Pudding: Brioche bread with a generous covering of creme fraiche.  Filling and amazing!
