During a Thursday SF Ferry Building Farmers’ Market, one of the staple food stands present is 4505 Meats.  I decided to try out their stuff, so here’s a review of it:

Cheese Steak: Generous amount of white cheddar sauce but a little tough on the steak with grilled onions.  I added some chopped onions on top.  This came with some spicy peppers as well.

Classic Cheeseburger: Perfectly grilled medium-well beef patty with lettuce, red onions, slice of Gruyere cheese, and mayo on a grilled sesame scallion bun.  I added some spicy BBQ sauce for a little kick.

Chicharrones: Crispy pork rinds dusted with chili powder.
