Pricey burger and fries diner food, but…

Gott's Roadside Signature Ahi (Tuna) Burger

Signature Ahi (Tuna) Burger – Huge slab of rare-seared Ahi Tuna with nice ginger wasabi mayo on a toasted egg bun.  This was voted one of the 25 best burgers in America, according to Delish.

Garlic Fries – Green and very garlicky =)

After the 2011 Walk for Psoriasis, all four of us frequented Gott’s at the SF Ferry Building with Uncle Bakkie and Auntie Bonnie.  Joyce ordered the Wisconsin Sourdough, I order the Western Bacon Blue Ring, the kids had Mini Corn Dogs, and we also ordered a Blueberry Milkshake and a Strawberry Milkshake.

Wisconsin Sourdough (pictured on the right) – Grilled mushrooms, bacon, cheddar cheese, mayo, and BBQ sauce on toasted sourdough.  This had good flavor but was a teeny bit dry.

Western Bacon Blue Ring (pictured on the left) – Topped with a fried onion ring, Point Reyes crumbled blue cheese, bacon, pickles, red onion, BBQ sauce on a toasted egg bun.  The strong blue cheese taste overpowered the BBQ sauce.  The onion ring was a good addition and the soft egg bun was delicious.

The kids’ mini corn dogs, regular fries, and garlic fries are pictured below the milkshakes.  The Strawberry Milkshake is on the left while the Blueberry Milkshake is on the right.

Strawberry Milkshake – Melody’s favorite since she loves strawberries.  She drank downed 2/3rds of this milkshake.  It was nice tasting, smooth, and a well-blended shake.

Blueberry Milkshake – Emily’s favorite since she loves blueberries.  This was great tasting with some yummy chunks of blueberry inside you can suck through the straw (much like tapioca).

  3. Gott s Roadside does extremely well executed diner type food prepared with quality ingredients and served in a…. more like stood in a really long line into Taylors Refresher .. now called Gotts Roadside hamburger stand on Main Street in St Helena.
