There’s a trend going around about water…..specifically coconut water. Hollywood stars, musicians, and other celebrities are drinking it (sometimes to replenish after hitting the gym). It’s known nutritionally to be in between regular (bottled/filtered/tap) water and flavored water. Coconut water is pricier than your bottled/filtered/tap water and is also harder to find in the supermarkets. Since I was grocery shopping, I decided to give VitaCoco Coconut Water a try.
VitaCoco Coconut Water hydrates you (and leaves you hydrated) immediately. Just a few sips did it for me. I refrigerated the rest of it and kept coming back to it. Supposedly it’s 100% natural with no fat or cholesterol, has five essential electrolytes, and has more potassium than two bananas.
