On Christmas Day, we were invited out for lunch with family at River Side Seafood Restaurant out in the Sunset District in SF.  My Gu-Ma used to always take his family there for lunch after church on Sundays.  This time around, we circled once for parking and drove into a spot.  We walked a block to the restaurant and it was FREEZING COLD…especially at the intersection where the restaurant was.  Good thing we got reservations because there were people waiting at and outside of the door.  When we sat down we noticed that every time someone opened the door, a cold chill ran through the restaurant.  Maybe they should install a high glass wall in front of the doorway. Like most dim sum places, River Side is quite crowded. At least they had a big screen TV to entertain you while you wait.  The food was excellent, came fast, and the service was quick, although sporadic.  A unique dish was the Shu Mai with Tobiko on top.  They also had Portuguese Egg Custard.  The food was also not too greasy.  Overall, the experience was pretty good.  Maybe if we went on a less crowded day…
